Stéphane Dorval (singer)

Born in June 1970, Stéphane quickly became a rock music lover. At the age of 17, he became the singer in a heavy metal band then, one thing leading to another, he joined various groups and performed in the bars.

In 1992, he went back to his studies in music and enrolled in concentration Classic singing. He quickly became a real fan of the opera and pursued his musical training until he obtained a bachelor's degree in interpretation (classic songs).

Year after year, Stéphane gained a lot of experience within several groups and he proved to be very proficient in various musical styles. After heavy metal music, rock music, jazz, musical comedy and opera, Stéphane now tackles progressive rock. Today, he is a member of the bands In Trance (tribute to Scorpions) and Big Time (congress band) besides singing on a regular basis at the Manoir Richelieu.
